How Fendrick & Morgan are dealing with COVID-19

Like all of you, we, at Fendrick Morgan, LLC, have been monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation very carefully. The safety of both our clients and our staff is of paramount importance as we try to navigate these unchartered waters.

At this time, we have decided to remain open to fully serve the needs of our current and potential clients. Our office and our staff are also fully prepared to handle your needs remotely.

Effective immediately, we are encouraging our clients to take advantage of alternate means of meeting with us (Zoom, FaceTime, and/or telephonically), rather than in-person. Our staff is quickly becoming versed in these alternatives and can help you select the mode of communication that will work best for you. We can also provide you with video instruction for Zoom.com, should your preference be to videoconference through that forum.

For our Life Care Planning clients, we continue to be here for you. We understand that many of you are dealing with difficult care decisions for your loved ones at this very moment and that those decisions are only further complicated by the current state of the world. We are here to help, just call.

For our clients who need to have their legal documents signed, we are here for you as well. We are disinfecting each conference room following all appointments, and we are cleaning door handles, reception areas and common spaces throughout the day. We also have Purell at the reception desk and on all of our conference room tables. If you need to sign your documents, please call our office so that we can arrange to have your documents executed in as safe and as efficient manner as possible.

Certainly, we encourage all clients with symptoms such as fever, cough, and/or shortness of breath to immediately consult with their healthcare provider and to remain at home. Our staff is adhering to the same protocol.

We hope and believe that by being vigilant and heeding the counsel of our medical professionals, we will be able to return to a more normal way of life much sooner than if we ignore the experts and attempt “business as usual.” We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience these new protocols may cause some of you, but we fully intend to be here for you to safely meet your legal and care needs, while providing peace of mind to you and to our staff.

Please contact our office at (856) 489-8388 with any questions or concerns you may have.
