Thomas E. Hynes, Esq.

Mr. Hynes focuses his practice on estate planning, Medicaid planning, and estate and trust administration. He works closely with individuals and families to understand their goals and circumstances, preserve assets, provide for loved ones, and navigate the legal and financial issues that arise during life and after the death of a loved one.

Before joining Fendrick Morgan, Mr. Hynes established a strong foundation in estate planning and elder law in Florida. His experience across multiple states gives him a broader perspective on how differing laws and procedures can affect planning and administration.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Hynes spent nearly seven years with The Vanguard Group, where he guided clients on investments and insurance products. His financial services background provides him with a practical understanding of how estate planning decisions interact with a client’s broader financial picture.

Mr. Hynes lives in Woolwich Township, New Jersey, with his wife and their three sons.
