Narrative / Experience
Vicki has been a key part of our team since the day our doors opened in 2001. She has served as an Executive Administrative Assistant the entirety of her career with us.
That title, however, does not do justice to the many hats which Vicki wears here. For many years, Vicki greeted clients, managed phones and calendars, prepared documents for signing appointments and many other administrative tasks. She has now migrated to a new physical home in our office, so she is no longer one of the first faces you see when you come in, but you are still likely to get her on the phone if you call with a question or to schedule an appointment. Along with Valerie Krauss (whose tenure here at Fendrick Morgan also dates back to its inception), Vicki manages the office calendar and schedules all appointments. Vicki also continues to interface with clients during signing appointments, where she often serves as notary public. Vicki works with care and precision in every task she undertakes. She is kind and knowledgeable, and a wonderful resource for our clients; always happy to help. Vicki is a tremendous part of the Fendrick Morgan team.
