Jessica Curtis, BSW, CSW, CDP

Jessica has over 16 years of experience as an elder care social worker in several capacities. She has extensive knowledge in sub-acute rehab, long-term care, assisted living, memory care, adult day, in-home care, and hospice care. In her experience, Jessica has served as the Executive Director at an adult day center, and Director of Social Services at a long-term care center, where she provided leadership and advocacy for families in need. She takes pride in her ability to develop relationships with seniors while enhancing their quality of life given their specific circumstances. She has also continually expanded her skills in care coordination, social work, and community education while developing a vast knowledge of resources available to the aging population.

Having been witness to the lack of care coordination and advocacy, surrounding her own aging grandparents and parents’ care, Jessica comes to work with a personal mission to support seniors and their families. She is committed to helping families navigate the often overwhelming world of elder care services, toward achieving their highest quality of life, so they no longer have to manage the complexities of aging alone. She recognizes the need to bring a sense of calm to the frustration that is often felt as families begin their journey through the healthcare system. Further, her work as an advocate empowers individuals and provides them with the knowledge they need to make the best choices about care.

Jessica graduated from West Chester University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She also attended Temple University where she earned her Personal Care Home Administrator license. During her free time, Jessica enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, and traveling.
